Returns
Because all our products are made to order (print-on-demand), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or damaged.
Please check your order carefully before confirming the purchase.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at solita.creates@gmail.com with:

A clear photo of the product and the packaging

A short description of the issue
We’ll review your request and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, or lost items during shipping.
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note:

We cannot offer refunds for customer mistakes (wrong size, color, or design selection).

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or wrong.
Order Cancellations
Since our products go into production shortly after the order is placed, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of your purchase.
Exchanges
We currently don’t support exchanges because each product is made specifically for you.
If you ordered the wrong size or variant, please place a new order.
